If you have to cancel for any reason, we will refund you any balance that has been paid and your deposit carries over to any retreat this year or next. We simply ask that you advise as early as possible that you can not make it so that we can offer the place to another guest. However, if under any unforeseen circumstance you aren’t able to make it last minute we can still offer a refund for your balance, just email us directly to sort it all out. It usually takes a couple of weeks for us to make the refund payment.


If you have any important health concerns, injuries or allergies then do please let us know via email before your arrival. That way we can brief the team and be aware of how best to take care of you during you time on retreat with us.
