Yoga posture practice helps support our bodies for any other physical activity we like to do with them. Yoga is an excellent partner to balance our other physical activities like hiking, running, swimming, sports, or even spending long hours sitting at disks and driving. Apart from the benefits of calming our nervous systems and developing a rich lucid intimacy with our own presence, yoga posture practice also helps us to physically lengthen, soften, strengthen, broaden and ground.
Yoga posture practice helps support our bodies for any other physical activity we like to do with them. You are warmly invited to retreat to Vale de Moses anytime between November and March. During these months, instead of our usual weekly program, you can arrive any day and stay for as many nights as you like, for a minimum of 2 nights.
