Retreat details
Expect the walls around your heart to soften slowly over the week. You might arrive carrying fear, tiredness, old grief and by through breathwork and Angel Dance most of that starts to loosen its grip. Jun and Susi hold the space for it without rush. A week about about remembering something you'd forgotten about yourself.
Mornings move slowly with meditation, breathwork and quiet sharing circles before the group gathers for meals and a spiritual study session exploring purpose, emotional intelligence and inner alignment. Afternoons are left spacious, for the stream pools, a hammock and rest. Evenings turn more devotional, with Angel Dance and ceremony carrying the group deeper into the week. One day is set aside for a shared adventure into the valley exploring a waterfall hike or swimming in te expansive Zêzere river, whatever the mountains offer that day.
Retreat Yoga Teacher
Jun Jared
Jun founded the Academy for the Soul after stepping away from a career in design. Born and raised in Switzerland, he's spent the past decade based in Indonesia, where his path evolved into teaching yoga, breathwork, ecstatic dance and spirituality. His work is built around a simple wish: to help people feel unconditional joy and love, and to move a little further from judgement and fear.
Susi Knupfer
Susi is a Level 2 Kundalini Activation Process facilitator based in Germany, working with breathwork, KAP and emotional integration. She's carried a way of seeing people past who they think they are, toward who they're becoming and describes walking alongside that unfolding as less a job than a calling. Her wish for the retreat is straightforward: that people leave remembering their own light.
