After 12 years of running our own yoga retreats, we will be taking a year’s rest in 2024. Most of the season has already been hired by a variety of eclectic yoga, movement, breathwork, and medicinal retreat groups.
If you do come in 2024 you will have the chance to practice yoga in a wooden and glass shala floating above the valley, walk miles of endless paths in the surrounding pine forests, bathe in cascading natural river pools, breathe pure mountain air, eat deliciously nourishing fresh veggie and vegan meals, receive healing treatments from compassionate therapists, star gaze and then sleep deeply each night in comfy rustic stone cottages or Strawberry belle tents.
We welcome you to a truly immersive healing experience, deep in the heart of the Portuguese wilderness.
