After 13 years of running our own yoga retreats, we now hire Vale de Moses to a variety of teachers, studios, movement, breathwork, and medicinal retreat groups coming weekly between April and November. Some are private events. Those open for anyone to join are listed below along with contact details of each retreat leader to find out more, prices, availability and reservations.
If you do come in 2025 you will have the chance to practice yoga in a wooden and glass shala floating above the valley, walk miles of endless paths in the surrounding pine forests, bathe in cascading natural river pools, breathe pure mountain air, eat deliciously nourishing fresh veggie and vegan meals, receive healing treatments from compassionate therapists, star gaze and then sleep deeply each night in comfy rustic stone cottages or Strawberry belle tents. In the spring and autumn weeks, you will also have the opportunity for a sweat lodge session by the cascading river pools and sit as a group round the fire pit in the new bamboo ceremonial house.
